Location: Navi Mumbai [CBD Belapur]
Department: Implementation & Support
Experience: 1-3 years
Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Maintain cordial relationship with clients


Job Specifications

• Good communication (oral and written)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Poised and patient when dealing with clients.


Qualifications
• Any graduate fresher / Technical background
